2023 Beauregard Parish College & Career Fair

Beauregard Parish seniors from the five parish high schools participated in the annual College & Career Fair in October. Forty-four vendors were present to share information about colleges, universities, trade schools, and career opportunities with students who are preparing to step out into the job market and career paths in the coming months.

DeRidder High School hosted the fair in its gymnasium for approximately 700 seniors from DeRidder High School, East Beauregard High School, Merryville High School, Singer High School, and South Beauregard High School who attended.

Local business and industry, governmental agencies, and Partners in Education were present to share career information with students as well as representatives from several branches of the armed services, post-secondary education institutions, and trade schools.
