Celebrating National Nurses Week
In recognition of National Nurses Week, the Beauregard Parish School Board honored the ten school nurses who care for the students in the 13 parish schools. Superintendent Timothy Cooley (left) and Supervisor Eddie Joslin (second left) along with BPSB President David Vidrine (right) thanked the nurses for the time, dedication, and care they give to the students in our schools each day. These ten nurses have a combined 72 years of experience as school nurses. They include (from left) Sonya Cook (SB), Dana Primeaux (PWE), April Connelly (DJHS), Natalie Redditt (SB), Melissa Warner (KRH), Emily Reeves (SHS), Andrea Ferguson, (Coordinator and DHS), Trisha Strother (CE/BAP), Lacey Duncan (MHS), and joining via live video Tessa Simmons (EB).
