The goal of Beauregard Parish School Food Services is to provide nutritional, well-balanced meal that will help students develop good nutritional habits.  During the school year, 1999-2000, more than 4,100 students participated daily for lunch and 1,400 students received breakfast.  Approximately 400 additional meals were served daily to adults and Head Start students.
