ADMINISTRATIVE SALARIES

 

 

Principals and Assistant Principals

 

To compute the salaries for principals and assistant principals, first determine the base salary (which is the compensation the individual would receive on the parish placement schedule at the appropriate degree and maximum experience), and then place on the 2013-14 salary schedule at the first amount greater than the amount on the placement schedule.  Multiply the base salary by the proper ratio listed below according to the grade configuration of the school and student enrollment.  Add the years experience and administrative experience modifiers as shown in the block at the bottom of the page.  No individual's salary will be reduced by the implementation of this salary schedule starting with the effective date of 7-1-03.

Administrative Assistants (10 Months)

 

To compute the salaries of Administrative Assistants, determine the base salary in the same manner as for an assistant principal and multiply the ratio of an elementary assistant principal at the appropriate student enrollment.  Add the years experience and administrative experience modifiers.  No individual's salary will be reduced by the implementation of this salary schedule starting with the effective date of 7-1-03.

 

Supervisors and Directors (12 months)

 

To compute the salaries for supervisors and directors, first determine the base salary (which is the compensation the individual would receive on the parish placement schedule at the appropriate degree and maximum experience), and then place on the 2013-14 salary schedule at the first amount greater than the amount on the placement schedule.  at the appropriate degree and maximum experience.  Multiply the base salary by the corresponding ratio of that position as listed below.  Add the years experience and administrative experience modifiers as shown in the block at the bottom of the page.  No individual=s salary will be reduced by the implementation of this salary schedule starting with the effective date of 7-1-03.
